Quality Canadian Furniture Trends Display

The countdown has begun! The Canadian Home Furnishings Market (which starts on January 15th) is just around the corner. I have already received excited text messages from some of my retailer friends in Vancouver and Calgary who will be attending the show. With over 300 exhibitors showcasing latest home furnishings collections and with me hosting a few dinners and cocktail parties, I know the Market will be four jam-packed days of style inspiration and fun!

 

That said my favourite feature at the market is the Quality Canadian Furniture Trends Display. This hugely popular feature of the show highlights the latest trends in Canadian manufacturing. Many of my friends who work in design media LOVE this feature and get inspired by the trends and the actual display. Designed by celeb designers Pierre D’Anjour and Andre Caron, the displays also serve as a source of inspiration for retailers who are seeking the latest in merchandising design and store décor. I had a sneak peak of the design recently and I already have my eye on a new dining table and plan to “borrow” an ultra cool wall treatment the fab duo created.
